Bu şartlar postoda.com sitesi ile Postoda uygulamasının kullanımı için geçerlidir. Postoda kişisel bir yayın aracıdır. Herkese açık kayıt yoktur ve ücretli bir hizmet sunulmaz.
Kullanım
Postoda yalnız bağlama yetkisine sahip olduğunuz hesaplarla kullanılabilir. Yayınlanan içerikten ve bu içeriğin haklarından hesabı bağlayan kişi sorumludur. Postoda bir gönderiyi yalnız insan onayından sonra yayınlar. Onaylanan metin ve medya değiştirilmeden gönderilir.
Platform şartları
Postoda, YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır. Postoda'yı YouTube ile kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'na bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Google verilerinin işlenmesi için Google Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir. Instagram için Meta Hizmet Şartları ve Instagram Kullanım Şartları geçerlidir.
Sorumluluk
Postoda olduğu gibi sunulur ve kesintisiz çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Platformların kuralları ve API'leri değişebilir, bu değişiklikler Postoda'nın işleyişini etkileyebilir. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan zararlardan, hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

Scope
These terms apply to the postoda.com website and the Postoda application. Postoda is a personal publishing tool. There is no public registration and no paid service is offered.
Use
Postoda may be used only with accounts you are authorized to connect. The person who connects an account is responsible for the published content and the rights to it. Postoda publishes a post only after human approval. Approved text and media are sent without changes.
Platform terms
Postoda uses YouTube API Services. By using Postoda with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Google data. For Instagram, the Meta Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use apply.
Liability
Postoda is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Platform rules and APIs may change, and those changes may affect how Postoda works. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damages arising from use of the application.
Privacy
Data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current text is published on this page.
